We compile Autocad drawings for the layouts, build the panel according to the sizes required and then retrofit any type of switchgear you desire. We will build these panels locally and will test the panels before dispatching to site (FAT – Factory Acceptance Testing).

The design, engineering, procurement of AC & DC solar pumping systems in agricultural sectors
Charged from the Grid to only provide power supply to essential equipment.
This system is designed to provide back-up power when the grid fails or is not available
for prolong periods and will also protect sensitive electrical apparatus from surges and transient that may damage this equipment.
A back-up system consists of an Inverter connected to a battery pack, which is charge by the grid by means of the inverter or dedicated battery charger. The essential load/s is connected to the inverter which will provide the back-up power during the outage.
To add to the flexibility of the system, PV array can be added to charge the batteries by means of a Solar Charge controller or the system can be integrated with a Grid Tied System to increase the back-up period for the essential equipment in the property.
A Grid-Tied system in short is a solar system that’s connected to a Municipality/Eskom with no batteries.
A grid-tied system with no storage, with the aim to save power consumption during the day, is a viable option for South Africa. Unfortunately, if a Grid Export function is not permitted, the system will need to be significantly under-sized to minimise the excess energy generation as, typically, no surplus power can be exported.
If, however, the export or export with banking is permittable, excess energy can be exported to the grid with the option to generate credits to be used when required.

A combination of Grid Tie and Off Grid System.
When a typical residential or small office system consume most of the power during the day, an ESS system will be a viable option to install.
In the case when peak loads are early morning or late afternoon, the system can provide energy savings by means of the stored energy that was produced during the day and stored in a battery pack.
An ESS System is a combination of Off-Grid or Back-up and Grid Tied system. The Inverter is connected to the AC Grid and can Function as an Off-Grid Inverter to provide back-up power to the essential equipment of the installation during power outages.

Not connected to the grid.
This system operates in areas where no grid is available, or the system is not connected
to a grid. This off-grid system requires a large capacity of battery capacity to store the energy, generated by the solar array, to be used when solar energy is not available, or to provide additional capacity supplying maximum loads when required. This requires a significant investment in PV modules, Inverters, and batteries, which is not required when a grid is available. Therefore, the off-grid systems are more suitable in rural areas with little or no grid connection.
Should these grids become unstable or not available due to power outages or load shedding, these systems can become a more viable option in the future.
